Our policy on returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds for wheelchairs and mobility products.
Esleh offers a wide range of electric and manual wheelchairs and other mobility products. Since all the products that we offer have a very crucial factor of hygiene and customer safety, we do not offer any return for products in these categories.
We have to be strict about our return policy to keep our customers' safety into consideration. This applies to all wheelchairs, mobility scooters, commode wheelchairs, and hospital supplies sold on Esleh.com.
However, a customer can raise a Replacement request if they have received a damaged product, or if the product malfunctions under the warranty period and within defined usage instructions. Please contact our support team with your Order ID and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue.
Order cancellation is only allowed if the order package is yet to be shipped. The refund of the invoice order value for the same gets initiated within 0-1 working days and may take up to 5-10 working days to settle back, depending on your mode of payment.
A refund is only generated in case of cancellation, as per the conditions mentioned above. If you believe you are eligible for a refund outside these conditions, please reach out to our customer support team and we will review your request.
